I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist, trained counsellor and associate of the BACP sticking to the principal that a problem shared is a problem halved.

I work as a mental health psychotherapist within the NHS in Portsmouth however I live on the Isle of Wight, running a private practice in Newport.

As a therapist I'm trained to listen to you in a way that helps you to listen and understand yourself in greater depth. I have extensive clinical practice including working with over 65s as well as dealing with root causes of depression, relationship issues and couple work.

I also encourage continual professional development by providing:
